Here's a selection of other projects I've worked on... most of these are for fun and experience!
Star Wars Droids: The Jawa Adventure
This was a Star Wars fan film created by the DAVE School for Star Wars Celebration in Orlando. I was hired on as a Teaching Assistant helping students and while there I got the chance to animate and composite shots on this. This was a dream project as a life-long Star Wars fan, and I even got to ride the newly opened Star Tours with Anthony Daniels as a result!
SDCC 2021: Educational Role-Playing Panel
I've been going to San Diego Comic Con for years, so like many I was sad when COVID shut down the event in favor of at-home panels. While not the same charm, I jumped at the opportunity to edit a panel for 2021's at-home event - very rewarding to be a part of the Comic Con experience!
Morning Commute
Here's a video I worked on that was submitted to the San Diego Comic Con Film Festival. For this I did a number of VFX shots, as well as apply some color treatment to the end product. This also turned into an editorial project, due to the nature of the cut I needed to adjust timing and update the conform - turned out to be a great learning experience - click through!

Andi Interview
This was a project I participated in as an editor. This was intended for a web series about the lives of trans women. I cut one short interview to contribute as I was passionate about the project. Ultimately while this series did not continue, I was happy to help and gain the experience.
Ready, Set, Earthquake!
Worked on this on the side while taking editing classes. This was an instructional/educational corporate video which showed a unique event held by a crisis training group. This was particularly interesting as the group used role playing to recreate disaster preparedness techniques. This was fun to watch through an learn about but also a challenge in the era of COVID to diversify the edit using only Zoom footage.
Space Grass
This was a VFX-driven music video produced by my class while attending the DAVE School. I was a lead compositor on this one during the process. After the class was over, the client hired me on to do some finishing touches including updating much of the CG, cleaning up the animation, and updating the conform in the edit.
